Our bespoke offering begins with a conversation. Each commission is shaped through dialogue between the client and the house, resulting in a piece that cannot be replicated. These creations are true one-of-a-kind works — made to be worn, remembered, and eventually passed down. To enquire about a bespoke commission, please contact us directly.

03. Does JAN KORBA offer luxury gift packaging?

Yes.

Every JAN KORBA order is prepared with the same care as an in-person boutique experience. Our packaging reflects the calibre of what is inside. If you are purchasing as a gift and require specific presentation, please include a note at checkout or contact us in advance.

04. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes.

You can either modify or cancel your order through our client portal or you can contact our client care team as promptly as possible via our contact form, providing your order number. We will do everything within our means to accommodate your request before fulfilment.

All orders are packaged securely and dispatched with full insurance and tracking. A signature upon delivery is required, ensuring your piece reaches you — and only you — safely.

07. How long does delivery take?

Typically 2 - 5 days, although delivery timeframes vary by destination and piece. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout. Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces require additional lead time, which will be communicated clearly at the time of commission.

08. Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes.

Following every placed order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, a second confirmation including your tracking details will be sent to you.

09. I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our client care team via the contact form on our website, and have your order number ready.

Note that fulfilment may take longer on new product launches. For that, we also invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to remain informed of new collection drops and updates.
