SHIPPING

We offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via The Swiss Post on all orders. The shipment will normally be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a Swiss Post tracking number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

JAN KORBA insures all orders. For orders exceeding (i.) CHF 500 for customers domiciled in Switzerland and (ii.) CHF 150 for customers domiciled in the EU and the rest of the world, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure that customers have received their package.
